Natural Guide to Coronavirus
It’s been all over the news for the past two weeks… It’s on everyone’s lips… The new outbreak of Coronavirus.
Now, unless you’ve been living under a rock, I’m sure you’ve heard about Coronavirus. And I’d go so far as to assume that you have a few questions about it as well.
Questions like… What is Coronavirus? Why is it dangerous? Can I contract it?
Well, I’m here with a short and sweet article that will help you get the answer you’re looking for without wasting your time.
So, if you can spare two minutes of your time to read this report – I guarantee that you’ll feel more at peace afterward.
Let’s get straight to the point…
What Is Coronavirus?
Coronavirus is a family of viruses that can cause the common cold, as well as two more dangerous respiratory diseases: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV).
However, the Wuhan-related outbreak of late 2019 and early 2020 is actually caused by a new strand of the virus called 2019 novel coronavirus (2019n-CoV). This is the one I’ll be referring to in the next questions.
How Can You Recognize The Coronavirus Infection?
The Coronavirus infection is extremely similar to a normal common cold, which means it has symptoms like fever, cough, runny nose, headache, and sore throat. A symptom that is more closely related to Coronavirus is having difficulty breathing.
Why Is Coronavirus Dangerous?
When the immune system isn’t strong enough to battle the virus, or if the person infected has other respiratory-related conditions – a Coronavirus infection can lead to pneumonia, severe acute respiratory infections, kidney failure, and even death.
I know that might seem terrifying, but the truth is that the fatality rate of the new strand is estimated to be just 2% (according to the World Health Organization).
This is because people with properly functioning immune systems are able to fight off the infection like they would a regular cold…
How Can You Prevent Getting Coronavirus?
If you want to prevent Coronavirus, I recommend you:
- Delay any travel to China, especially if you were planning on visiting the Hubei province;
- Wash your hands multiple times a day with water and soap;
- Avoid touching your nose, mouth, or eyes without washing your hands first;
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick;
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
As an extra tip, fortify your immune system with a natural remedy like my favorite homebrew immunity shot. Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 dash of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
Instructions
- Just whisk all of the ingredients together – and be careful when taking it, this shot is quite spicy.
- You can take this shot up to 2-3 times/week.
I, of course, also love taking MycoNuker every day because it’s scientifically proven to bolster immunity (and I’m always recommending it). However – a vitamin D supplement might be a good option as well.
I hope you enjoyed today’s article and that it filled you in on the most important facts about Coronavirus.
And remember – if you’re experiencing these symptoms, pay your doctor a visit to make sure everything is okay.
